Need someone to copy a fairly simple wordpress theme

I'm looking for someone to copy this websites exact layout and make it into a wordpress theme: oh_k_pop_com (remove the underscores and add the . between the pop and com)
The position of the ad placement is very important, including the one in the first post and the static square banner when you scroll down the page.

Also if a responsive theme is possible please let me know how much extra it would be.
