Need Someone To complete My Cpanel eCommerce Site

I recently hired someone to do a project for me, he has completed half a project because hes a complete asshole that
provides superior shitty customer service, so I have cut my loses and will pay more to have it completed.

budget to complete the project is $175.

things i will require to be completed:

- 3 added social media services
facebook
instagraham
twitter

- basic buyer panel (i already have a reseller panel completed)
