Need someone to build simple WP affiliate site (theme provided)

I’ve already installed the Blurb theme on WordPress. It’s basically what I need, but it comes with too many features I don’t want (ratings, reviews, price history, vendors, etc.).





What I want is simple:

• A clean and nice-looking site where I can post products/articles directly.
• Remove/hide all the extra features (ratings, reviews, price history, etc.).
• Organize the site into categories (Amazon, AliExpress, Electronics, Home, Fashion, etc.) so it works as a catalog of deals.
• Ready to start publishing products with image, description, and affiliate link.

I can provide Blurb or another theme if it makes the job easier/faster.
