Need someone to build me a Panel like bulksocials

This is Alan from Hong Kong.

I am looking for someone who can build me a panel like bulksocials

The panel I want is a bit different to other panel.

1. It mostly the same with the bulksocials.com
2. Only thing which is different is When clients purchase likes or followers , it keeps a record so I CAN DO IT MANUALLY.
3. So The panel will not needed to provide likes or followers automatically.
