need someone to build a list and set up a server

I have books (Break Out Of Academic Spanish and Ingles Para Colombianos) in the two major book stores in Colombia. Libreria Nacional and Panamericana and thought that an e mail campaing designed to pull traffic into the stores would be a good idea. I would like to test market it first. Please let me know if you can help scrape a list from Colombia S America and send e mails to prospects.
