Need someone that is experienced with Wordpress and WPML

I am looking for someone that is experienced with Wordpress to do the following:

- installation with a premium template from scratch (template will be of high quality purchased through themeforest)
- to add WPML and prepare the navigation for translation
- to smooth out and select images for the slider,
- add lead capture and/or configure the lead capture that is built into the template

Basically I want someone to take care of 100% of the site installation and to do all the finishing work.


The I want a price of adding 500 pages of static content into the wordpress. Yes, meaning you need to copy and paste the text, format paragraphs/headings (if such) as per the static site and convert the site into the Wordpress.


Please provide me price for the whole job.
