Need someone that can do small wordpress edits

I have been into web design myself for a while, but I have been out of the picture and away from the internet marketing scene for some years now and I am just now coming back. Needless to say, many things are different now.

I am currently building a website for someone, in its beginning phases, and I have already ran into some very small problem that is taking me more time then I want to spend trying to figure out how to fix it myself. I would rather pay someone $10 to fix it for me (this is a small issue, but if I have bigger issues going forward, I would be willing to spend more).

I am using Thrive Theme Builder, so I would need someone experienced in this.

I am trying to add the menu's to the top of the webpage, and it keeps giving me this error (picture included)

I would prefer someone that is already established as trustworthy on here. Please and thank you
