Need someone for link building (social bookmarking profiles)

Looking for someone to create profiles on several social bookmarking websites (I have a list of about 15 of those).

I also have a list of approximately 200 link with specific anchor text.

I need 1 profile for each link, on each website. So that's a total of about 3000 profiles.

I have reduced the list to 10 websites and 170 links. So the total is 1700 profiles to create.

1. Please confirm that you can create the profiles on any website (not only the social websites that are supported in automated software like SENuke or Xrumer).

2. Are you using proxies? If yes, what country are the proxies located in?

3. Do you provide any kind of guarantee that the profiles will not be deleted shortly after being created?

4. Do you accept payment (by PayPal) according to the following terms:

A. First half of the payment is made before you start.
B. Second half of the payment is made 1 week after you are done, giving me time to verify that they have been created properly.

5. What is your turnaround time?
