Need someone for Cash Exchange

i currently need to transfer some cash from here and there.

does anyone of you offer some kind of money exchange from paysafecard to paypal? (bought the psc at a retail store)

found 2 sites on the web that offer this service, but the first is WAY to expensive and the second site has a service contact thats not reachable online. i‘d do it myself by cleaning cash with online casinos and an army of paypal accounts but i don‘t like this method, thats why i use paysafecard.

so i think posting on bhw may solve this problem. (i simply forgot my old account name here, registered some months ago for serverhosting request... anyway)

Or if someone could change my 100 Euro PaySafeCard to 2x 50 Euro PaySafeCard, that would be great. Otherwise I have to throw all my 100 Euro Codes in the trash...
Oh and by the way, I‘ll pay you some cash for good service. Quick made cash for you I‘d say.

about money exchange i remember that i used MONEYBOOKERS which is an UK based money exchanging website offers a very good serive regarding money transfers, i did a transfer to kuwait once for an important work and it happened very fast i can say,
