Need someone familiour with java.

I need a quick thing done with java for an assignment for school lol. Basically a jsp page with a form that I will provide some basic name surname age etc fields, that connect to a database using a servlet, inputs the data and outputs all database fields once the submit button is clicked. Shouldn't be a hard job please PM me with prices.
