Need Somebody to configure Seed Box oN VPS

Hi I need someone to configure seed box on vps..

All i need Is a seedbox & ftp control

also http ://access to my seedbox files without authentication

like

if anybody on internet go through

the file path

have access to files on the box without even need to know

user id & password..
