you could do what I do... set up your SEO, the whole shebang, get some paid traffic to get things rolling, maybe ultrimatewebtraffic or fiverr, rake in organic traffic via social media marketing, keep it going via email marketing...

Social media is the fastest way to get a lot of traffic, but dies off quickly unless you are posting almost every other day.
