I know much about Graphic Design.
Would like to know how this forum works so that i can start grooming myself and begin to earn.

Just read around and you'll immediately have an idea on how this forum can help you.

In your case as a graphic designer, I suggest creating a portfolio, and look around here for ideas on how you can promote yourself to potential clients.

You already mentioned that you have graphics design skills.
In that case, you should sell your skills to make some initial money and later that can be used as an investment to bigger projects you wish to build.

Create a graphic design course and publish on "udemy" for example.

Sell your graphic design (banner, logos ...) on fiverr
