You can look on here, or on some of the popular freelancing sites like oDesk or Freelancer. You could order it on Fiverr, but you'd probably need to order a few different gigs to get what you want. You'll want to make sure you find a freelancer who is skilled with video editing and sound editing and has a good knowledge of file formats.

Yes, fiverr, Odesk, elance, and freelancer are good choice. There are some more choices that I would like to tell you so please tell me if you need links of more sites.
