Need some tools

I need a twitter account creator..
I know there are few around this forum but all outdated. No chance on google, couldn't find anything.
Just need one simple account creator to fill details and captcha. I will handle proxies I have TotalFreedom bought.
Also need something like socialoomph's(former tweetlater) auto-post tweets from a txt file in a given interval of time.
If anybody knows something close to this tools plz help me.

I don't have automatic twitter account creator as its very difficult to bypass reCaptcha.

But yeah I do have auto-post tweets which I made and using in few of my twitter accounts. You just need to enter your twitter username and password in it and rest the script will do. And yeah, don't forget to set up the cron (time-interval to tweet). Its written in PHP and MySQL (you can also use flatfile instead of MySQL). I am charging $25 for that.
