Rn i am doing guest blogging and Content writing. Working on fiver, doing mails and linkedin. But no such responce

Outreach to people on Linkedin , create your unique value proposition (basically what you can do for them) and make sure people learn about it.
 
Invest time in social media, study and research than go for money Investment for paid promotion. Find the pain points of clients and automatically you will get the business.

Keep trying, it really takes time. If you are not getting the expected results, try changing the pattern of your emails and gigs. Sometimes small changes make a big difference.
