sorry for my english Someone got a tip for facebook ads? I lost 3 Accounts in 4 Days Iam trying to promote BH cpa offer.

My Way:
Create Account (new IP,new mobile number, new cc)
create Fanpage
post 1 or 2 dummy WH ads
after dummys ends
post BH video with description and link to my landingpage
boost the Video
12-24 hrs later Bannd

You could use a cloaking solution perhaps. The good ones will re-direct known bad ips so they see a different more WH landing page rather than going to your offer. Depending on what exactly your offer is, and the nature of your video this could buy you a couple days or possibly a lot longer. It's difficult to say for sure. Perhaps there is a different angle you could work --> build an actual high profile fan page around your niche, and join it with other accounts to send messages under the radar to your user base.
