Need some thing that will work on wordpress that allows people to subscribe for a coupon

So I am looking for some code or a plugin that will do the following <br><br>1: Let people subscribe to a email list, this only has to collect the email and name<br>2 Send them a coupon to print out with there name and a number so we can keep track of them<br><br>If the code/plugin does not send out the emails I am ok with that as that is not as hard to do.<br><br><br>Anyone here seen something like this?
