Ok, here is somewhat quick version of my problem.

Started selling for this company on ebay, dropshipping. Selling tons of products. Problem is i'm starting to get negative feedbacks because the company doesn't send out products fast enough. I'm also about to lose my top rated discount (20% off ebay fee's).

I keep geting defective items that need to be sent back to the shipper and they send new one out. I want to stop selling for them, but am afraid I tell them - they'll dissapear and I will be stuck refunding all these people their money - which I would not be able to afford.

Any ideas on how to get out of this. It's like a never ending circle, I continue to sell until all the problems are cleared but as I do so new problems will arise.

Tell them your going on vacation for 2 weeks before going back to work, wait for them to send all new items, then tell them your leaving?

Find more reputable sources for the same products. Perhaps import the product and do the shipping yourself. More work for you, but you will probably get bigger profits.

Also consider getting more Ebay accounts. Customers generally don't care if your account has 100 rating or 1000. Find somebody that sells VCC's that you can verify Ebay accounts with. Set up 10 different Ebay accounts. Of course this opens up other problems and it's a lot of work managing many Ebay accounts cause you have to make sure that you don't leave any digital footprints.

Find another reliable shipper, use them. Don't use the other shipper, just have them finishing sending out the items. Or stop selling on eBay and make sure to just complete the orders that already need to be shipped. Once shipper sends out last item, cut off contact. Then work on resolving negs from buyers. Or just start over, shit happens.

Stop taking future orders and just get the right items shipped that have been ordered already.

Suppliers who give problems once give problems always.

Just take down the listings, and keep forwarding the money to have your past customers get their items.
