need some stuff translated to french fast!

Need the following translated to french:
- Need 3 files ~1900 words translated (in the form of 1 php files and 2 .js files)
- Need around 400 random words
- Need a french voiceover

Paying $5/500 words for translation - Better rate than fiverr (Fiverr takes fees)
French voiceover is on a video, I've already recorded the video. I have the script. Needs to be a male. It's 50 seconds long ~150 words. Paying $10 for this.
