Need some soundcloud acct/proxy assistance

Hey all,

I basically want to create around 50-100 soundcloud accounts and post mp3s to each, while staying completely anonymous so soundcloud does not ban our IP address.

I am basically starting to look into proxies/TOR, but can anyone give me any assistance with this? Or somewhere to start?
