Need some sort of bots to populate new forum with threads/post

I know f-all about this sort of thing. All I know is that I have a new forum that has areas that need content and I'm hoping there is some sort of bot program out there that can help me.

My budget is admittedly conservative but I will pay

Honestly there is no bots what will create for you good content.
If you talking about some duplicate content or spinned then sure it is possible to fill your forum with crap...
