Need Some Serious Help With Domains

Okay, so i got a cease and desist today from a large company over a domain I own. Does anybody have some time to PM me or email me some advice. Someone who has dealt with something like this. I would disclose more info, but don't want to do it in the main forum.

You could give us a little more info without disclosing names and all. Do you have the name of this company on your url or is it a product they sell?
