Need some SEO done

So i need some SEO done for one of my projects.

SEO is not my strong suite, not to mention i don't have time for it right now, because i am busy doing the things which i am good at for a change, lol.

Anyway, lets get to the point.

I want to rank my website for a few keywords. from my research, it shows it will not be too hard.

I want to rank my site to show only in UK SERP's (and its not a "local business" - is that even possible?)

What i want from you?

Full website audit, and action plan for the next 3 months.

Yes, i am paying for consulting. so please contact me only if you're an expert.

This action plan better be something i can implement myself, creating (or buying) content and creating (or buying) the links.

If i will be satisfied by the level of expertise, the price, and the result - we will work again for sure.

Also i might consider paying a small retainer for keeping everything in tact and keeping track of the progress, if that's a part of your service, quote that too, but Separately!

1) it’s not a local business and yet you want to target UK, well then set your country to UK in console and analytics. 2) If it’s Wordpress then simply hire a premium writer and give him the keyword he’ll write and then upload it for you, then build some guest posts and pbns. Honestly you don’t need anyone you can do this all by yourself, and as for website audit use Semrush that should sort it for you. Well saved you $1000 feel free to reward me lol

But i know what i can and can't do.

i INVEST my time focusing on things i am good at, rather than WASTE my time trying muddling trough - i intentionally mentioned it in the OP, so i won't get DIY recommendations.

i am not after 10$ a day - so i can afford paying for help.

Shifting my focus from what is working to trying to make something i am not good at work, is a complete waste of my time and energy (and money lost on the other end, becuse i can't do everything at once)

You put it simple as that, find a content writer AND let him upload the content. i bought content here few times.

i decided to not even use it, at times i just rewrite it, but i look for certain quality, that's why i need the plan and not the hand.

so i don't trust anyone to do my job for me for that matter - i just need EXPERT advise.

Edit: PS just read about the 1000$ - what i am asking for costs 50-100$ on fiverr, depnding on how permium the service is. i don't expect it for less, i just want a blackhatter that know stuff.
