Need some recommends for running tools!!!!!

I have Scrapebox , XGenSEO and TweetAttacks Pro . Maybe someday I will buy Mail Mascot . I want to ask you that do I need a server/VPS or VPN to run these tools or just my own PC/laptop is enough . And what proxy could I use for these tools : Proxies that scrape by SB , paid proxies (shared proxies or private proxies)

Those softwares generally don't need fast computers, but you should still have a computer that's win xp and up and has at least 1g of ram.
Even so, you wouldn't really need a vps unless you get xrumer. Good luck on your projects.
