I posted before but didn't get the rdp I'm looking for. If any one of you knows a place where I can buy a usa windows 10 rdp let me know where I can find one. Looking for a website that accept PayPal.

Digital ocean, vultr etc might support PayPal. If you want to use card then there are plenty of RDP provider available.
 
Signup for Microsoft Azure : accepts PayPal : and you can create Windows 10 VPS (RDP) with it.

Can vouch for DigitalOcean - used you use them in the past. Top notch support too.

I am a publisher , generating 3M+ impressions around the globe daily leading to a numerous installs of desktop and mobile.
Works on Pay Per Install Basis and we don’t mind of Botnet & Stealer to spread
