Need Some recommendations

So I own 2 websites, one I’m trying to grow organically and I get about 10 daily organic clicks. New domain and everything, started about a few weeks ago. I quite like the pace. Next one is doing pretty great, I can hit 6,000 page views daily if I put in the effort. Yesterday I hit around 5800 page views and already at 2700 today.
I applied for Adsense about 2-3 weeks ago for the first website and I still haven’t heard from them. It’s a new account so i understand it might be delayed but I feel it’s a bit too long, plus it won’t let me submit the second website for review until the first one has been approved.
Are there any networks I could use for now or do I just wait. Tried propeller ads but they looked spammy and I didn’t even like them so I can’t let my users go through that. I have an Amazon affiliates going on, it’s starting to get clicks, no sales yet but it should happen soon. I want something not too spammy but effective
My average page view session is about 9 mins and bounce rate at 30%

So an update to this. Tried adsterra and I quickly regretted it. Propeller ads was a no. Not saying they’re bad networks , just didn’t suit my tastes. I’ve applied for Hooligan Media. Hopefully that goes well. Someone tried to get me to try revenuehits and I was like nah.
applied for ezoic too so let’s see how that goes.
Amazon affiliates not going too well. almost 20,000 impressions , 20 clicks and 0 sales. Might have to change the products.
