Need some questions answered about YouTube Monetization

Hello guys,

I recently bought a new gaming computer so other than using it for pleasure, I'd like to put it on a good use too.
Firstly, I plan to record my gameplay, making walkthrougs of the new games, all FULL HD & 60fps. My question is, will there be any problem with copyright laws or something that could BAN my account? I will make 100% my own materials and videos when playing. Will this be any problem?

Secondly, my country isn't supported by the YouTube Monetization. I see some tutorials on a way around it, like selecting another country, then when applying for AdSense, selecting your own country. How safe is that to do? If not, is there ANY way around this?

Please tell me anything I should know of, I have never worked with YouTube and have no idea how things go.

You can monetize the videos but just make the sound of the games low and your voice-over high. And you will earn a lot of cash. $

I see a lot of guys not doing that too much.. I believe this is kinda an advertising for the games maybe?

Then you're not looking in the right places. The majority of the top YouTube pages are either gaming videos or unboxing items.

The biggest problem with gaming videos is that if you don't have a commentary over the entire video, game companies will have you shut down quickly. Even with a commentary, there's still a decent chance that your video will be flagged (unless you join a network).

The next biggest is that, because so many have made it big already, there are literally thousands of people making similar videos hoping for their moment to shine (which will likely never happen for them). The market is beyond saturated.

I heard that some videos where taken down because of copyright issues. Not because of the game but the music playing in the game. Totally noob question. If I monetize my videos on youtube, I will earn per view not because someone clicks on the ads there?

I think both ways... That's why there is CPM (cost per thousand) and CPC (cost per click). Please correct me if I'm wrong..

i didn't know that your video could be taken down if you modified the initial video! did you modify the music then?
