eeh. I know I myself shy away from these kinds of deals. There's no guarantee of making anything even if "we" promote hard there's no guarantee that the site will preform at all. Not knocking you but you might want to consider other options to gain people's interest.

No point, if you pay me per hour or per day, i will work,
but promoting, then i must just promote my own adsense for that.
