Need some Pinterest advice

Guys
I'm looking for creating an authority Pinterest profile for my site. I don't have much experience with Pinterest so I want to know how could I make an authority Pinterest profile in a correct way to drive a dissent traffic to my site.

So. I will create boards (as categories ) and add images on them. but:

1- How should I add the images? just repining them directly on my boards? or should I download them on PC and re upload them again?
2- How can I get the traffic? Should I follow the others to make them follow me? Is this the only way to get followers or traffic and maximize my brand profile?
3- What is the best keywords ( or niches )work perfectly with Pinterest?
4- Any one has a good advice on how to raise my Pinterest profile performance and get more traffic?

What I have learned from my Pinterest endeavors:

Don't waste time doing it manually
Make your site that you are pinning from mobile friendly, very mobile friendly
Be prepared to have Pinterest delete posts
Make sure there are no watermarks as people will instantly discredit you
Comment on peoples posts to get more followers
Find community boards and post on those
Use sites like AddMeFast to get fake followers so the real ones think you are posting quality stuff
Always have high quality pictures
People are more active during the week (probably because school and work are boring)

While I was still doing this I had a basic bot doing posts for me I was doing about 5-10 an hour to a variety of boards. Some went viral and some found little traction. My simple blogger was getting anywhere from 2,500-10,000 views a day. I didn't have adsense so my ads weren't making much money, most I got was like 1.30 in a day, screw Chikita. So, I sold the process and accounts to my roommate who had adsense and eventually gave up on the gig from it being a waste of time and resources.

with adsense and the right niches i am making around 20 euros/day with 700 page views only.
of course i am going to scale this.

Well, he was expecting more from it and thought that. I didn't say I thought it was a waste of time, I just didn't have adsense and couldn't make much from it so I sold it.

I know the potential of this is huge. I have a friend who is making a killing from this and has been able to scale it up and has many accounts leading to different subdomains. He covers so many different niches and from what I last heard is his fashion one was the biggest winner.

I however, wasn't accepted into adsense, sold my stuff, and started a new venture.

I personally only used a description of what the picture was of, hence people only really search for the picture to repin and perhaps visit site if you're lucky. But I am not an expert at this.

In my opinion no because you're getting people to click on your pins. Not trying to get your pins to show up in search engines. Just make sure they're descriptive about what you're pinning, like others are saying.

My personal experience is that Facebook eWhoring is risky and you can easily spend 1 month building accounts and then get banned, but I wish you the best! If you do not already have a CPA account, we could JV or just apply for one and you could get it in like a week or so.
