What I want is a PHP/HTML form that has 5 text boxes and a submit button.

What I want it to do is insert the values of the text boxes into a mysql database. I also want it to PULL the CURRENT info in the database and display it on the page.

Please look at the example of what I would like it to look like.

Ajax Editable Table (For Edit Any Row , just Double Click on Text !)
Add,Delete,Search Items
Sortable Table
Password Protection Mode [ user can disable or enable this feature ]
Easy Configurations

For Use Script Upload "Upload" directory Files, Create DB and Import SQL file in Sql folder and change Configurations in inc/config.php file.

I would say just google it.

I wanted to learn the same as a part of my college project(I even posted it at BHW) and many recommended me to just search google.

PHP has large support group,and hence you will be able to find it quickly.

BTW,I have created a signup box just a week ago(using php and inserting data in mysql db).If you want it,just PM me your mail and I will mail it to you.
