Need some paypal refund advices

I need some advices from all the blackhatters on this issue that i've encountered yesterday.

Someone have purchased an set of pre -written clickbank email messages from my website ( its not an affiliate product as i do own the resell rights of this item ) mins later,she dropped me an email claiming that she is meant to purchase affiliate prophet secret by had realised that she had made an error purchase after opening my product. What she wants from me is a full refund.

Im totally new to paypal policy here, and on my sales page, i do not make any " money back gurantee" either. Do you think i should give her a full refund here? If this person was to open a dispute claim wt paypal, would i be penalized coz i've heard tht paypal is more protective to BUYERS, but not sellers like us who sells digitally delivered products.

If she files a claim, chances are that she'd win it & get all her money back. The best way is to talk to her outside-paypal (email/chat) for a 50% refund. After all, something is better than nothing

Thx for that advice, i've just issued her a refund but has put this buyer on my blacklist.
