Need some Paypal Advice

So I'm trying to purchase a certain web hosting plan and it seems the only method of payment accepted by them is Paypal. I had a paypal a couple of years ago and went through a nightmare with them and closed it out. Since then I've done all my business with other things.

Now, I have a verified paypal with $0 but the bank account linked to it is dead. Is there any way I can load money onto the paypal from my debit card or something?

yeah you can link your card into paypal and can transfer the amount of money you want..When you will lik it will charge approx 2$ which will be refunded once your card is verified..

I added the card and it says "Verified" but under "Add Funds" all I have is Bank Account and Money Pak

there's no need to transfer funds to your Paypal account as long as you have money on your linked & verified CC, Paypal will charge your CC with the amount
