Need some one to clone the android apps for me

I am looking for some one who can clone/reverse engineer the android apps for me. This will be the long term work for a right candidate.

I will be providing the list of the apps, you need to download them from app store, change the graphics, security certificates, put my add codes and upload them again to the app store under my license.
