Need some offshore host

Hello friends,
I own a short url redirection website, pretty old and most of time used by BH in newsletter campaigns. So, sometime some email are reported spam and along with that mysite short links are reported as spam and abuse emails are sent directly to my host.

Right now i am on US based host, but getting many complaints about my site. So i am getting warnings from host. Also tried shinjiru
Anybody can recommend my some good offshore host, who don't bother of these false reporting as i won't be sending any email from my site/hosting account.

Space needed: 10gb max

Gromered, Thanks but i am not looking for some free host. I need professional offshore host, pref. which is tested by my fellow members which deals with emails, spam reports etc. In my case, i am looking for offshore host but no spam email will be sent from my account.
