Ebay is going to be your best bet.

Search Strings "pc2700 non ecc" and/or "pc3200 non ecc".
    Buy It Now Tab.
Sort By: Price + Shipping: lowest first.

I could be your best bet =D

A relative of mine works at a computer recycling plant, out in the boonies. Family ran and operated, (not my family) shes one of 2 or three employees outside the family. Anyways there cool with me, so I (not so legally. but the shits melted down anyways) get to go dig through the warehouse every month or so. I find laptops, tons of desktops, occasionally LCD monitors (thousands of the old bulky ones) and usually rip all the ram out of every single desktop/laptop I get my hands on.

What are ya lookin for? Ill even cover shipping costs if I have some laying around (rams like what, 1/1000 of a pound? hahaha.) just give me some specifics of whats compatible and Ill try to hook you up.

I tried Ebay it's crap coz resellers buy it so its only a saving of $5

    Here are the stats.

    DDR PC2700 • CL=2.5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR333 • 2.5V

How much are you expecting to pay for it? The good deals on Ebay aren't going to fall into your lap. Not everyone selling on Ebay is a pro.

try newegg.com you can get 512mb PC3200 for around $17 1gb stick for about $33 your better off going for the faster PC3200 than the PC2700 :)

infact the PC3200 is cheaper than the PC2700 - also at least your buying it new and dont have to worry about it being faulty or dead if its used...

heres an excellent site that i always purchase from...

thousands of companies try and undercut each other to get the cheapest, so this works out really well for the consumer :)

I'd have to second newegg. I was recently looking for regular DDR Ram and newegg was the cheapest solution (after searching ebay and tons of other sites). The stuff that goes for cheap right now is DDR2, regular DDR is very expensive because it's used on older computers (early P4s and under).

At newegg 512MB DDR 3200 costs $16.99 plus shipping. Ebay is a lot more expensive on pricing look for yourself. 1GB $33.99 plus shipping. There are tons of coupons and special offers for DDR2 I haven't seen any for the regular DDR.

Thanks for upping this post. It reminded me I had to buy 1GB today.
