Need some LinkedIn advice - accounts being blocked

Hi all,

I have been purchasing both aged (3+ years) and new LinkedIn accounts but I'm getting blocked almost immediately. Can someone help fix my terrible process outlined below:

1) Buy LinkedIn account
2) Start VPN
3) Import cookie into cookie editor
4) Login
5) Pass the "are you human" verification test
6) Enter a burner SMS number into the SMS verification box

In 100% of cases, I never receive the SMS whether I'm using a service like TextVerified or an actual SMS. After three attempts, I'll get the "too many attempts" and requested to please try again at a later date. I'm never formally blocked but I can never get past the verification. I'm not sure if it is the VPN (VPNUnlimited) that is causing suspicion.

I'm not planning on using LinkedIn for outreach purposes, I'm just trying to set up accounts to make a company look bigger than it actually is but I'm getting blocked at every attempt. I'd be happy to buy some verified accounts but I'd need to know that I won't get this soft-SMS block the minute I try and use one.

It's extremly hard to not get banned from LinkedIn while creating many accounts, you need an extremely rigorous process to hide your IP, browser informations etc..
