I think I have 80% or so do--follow links on my money site. Can anybody recommend a good service to use to diversify my do/no follow ? I need high quality links like web 2.0's .
Need some link diversity, any recommendations?

Are you ranking enough on Google for your keywords?
If Yes, then what the problem. You have more then enough No-Follow links.

I think I could be ranking better If I adjusted my ratio's.

No, you would be ranking better if you got more quality backlinks.
I don't personally think you need to focus on getting more no-follow links right now. Just focus on getting high quality links in general...a good mix of both going forward.
If you really want no-follow links, a lot of blogs will allow comments and tend to have their links set to no-follow.

I have many sites ranking first page (some in the #1 slot) with 99% do-follow links. So far, in my opinion, this isn't something that Google looks at. Although, I agree from a hypothetical standpoint, more no-follows would be more natural looking.
