*THIS MIGHT BE LONG, I SPENT A LOT OF TIME READING THREADS HERE BUT STILL COULDN'T FIND THE RIGHT ANSWER
Long story short, I have a 5 years old photography account which started posting seriously about 4 months ago from now. (June 2017) I accidentally found BHW and found out that botting is a great way to start getting followers so I started botting about the same time. My bot setting at the peak was 600-700 F/UF, 700 likes. Very targeted.
My content is good (I would rate 8 out of 10 sometimes 9), and some posts got featured by some large accounts(by tagging them).
And then one day I found out that my account is shadowbanned and heard that botting would fuck your account up so I stopped botting(a month ago). Instead I started using powerlikes. I have been using powerlikes for 3 weeks and only one post got semi viral(My overall content quality doesn't vary too much):
Followers: 4K
Average Impressions per post: 3K
Average Reach: 2.5K
Average Engagement without powerlikes: 600-700
Average Engagement with powerlikes: 1100 (the service gives me 400~430 likes)
And the one got semi viral hit 8.5K impressions and 3K engagement and gained me some decent amount of followers.
So the problem is, most of the times I'm only getting likes from my followers and there's no organic growth or either it's very slow. My photographer friends with the same amount of followers and same content quality are growing way faster then me and keep growing. When I stopped botting a month ago I had 4K followers and right now I'm sitting at 4.1K, and one of my friend was 5K a month ago and 8K right now, the other one was also 5K a month ago and 6K right now.
I have checked I'm not shadowbanned using VPN and not logged in. And I've noticed a interesting factor that for some hashtags, my post is not appered in the top 9 even though mine has more likes and comments the other ones and posted almost the same time.
So what's your advice here? If I pay someone to drop my account in some very good engagement groups, would it be helpful? Is my impressions normal for a 4K botted/unbotted account? Should I start a new account?
