Need some kind of proxy program

Hi guys I need some kind of proxy program that will be able to bypass web 2.0 sites so I can create multiple accounts.

Hope anybody can help

There used to be this program I used back in the day they you loaded up your list of peas and it would scan and sort them all socks https etc... and you could disable like all the transparent ones but the program set up a tunnel and in your program that only accepted 1 proxy you put 127.0.0.1:5150 and it would connect thru that program it was the best program ever and I can't remember the name to the life of me anyone???

Alternatively you can buy private IPs as well.

Alternatively try use "public" proxies, but I'd not use the ones you find in SEO forums for obvious reasons
You can also portscan for "fresh public proxies" to avoid much sharing but I'd not try that road, it's harder than it sounds.
