Hi guys,i spent some years doing content creator on fb,used for move traffic to my dropshipping store, and after some thousand dollars i sold it a year ago.
Now i'm thinking about open an amazon store by FBA,because i travel a lot for work, and the idea was buy stock from baba, and send it to amazon, for not be involved hours and hours every day.

I tried Helium 10,and find some product, already find a supplier on baba( also if i think is the same price of aliexpress, the baba shipping are crazy).
So i'm in the process to start it but i'm a bit lost to do the first move.
I mean, did i need for sure,an ads?OK how,and where can i find a really good tutorial/course about it,not the classic guru. Because i tried many times on fb for my dropshipping e-commer and i only lose money.
In every niche, there are some comptetitor(of course),so my product will start from the last page of the amazon.

Can somebody give me the right way to start/study,and try

You need to put time into this - and patience, especially if you want a long-term solution/business. This is only my experience and I have one product, with great reviews and selling more and more each month (across seasons too).

Choose a product you understand or can learn more about and make the product better somehow. Make it different.

Think about why someone would buy your product compared to someone else's. What makes yours stand out?

Once you have a product in mind, think about the costs to have landed to you from your supplier/manufacturer. Then think about Amazon FBA costs (and the extras such as seller fee) and what profit margin you need/want.

Focus on the one product (again, just my opinion) until you're certain that it can bring in sales - I mean long term sales, not one or two sales a week but hundreds. What keywords? What text? What images will you use? Use Fivver or similar to look for great photos to start.

Think about getting a trademark for you business - make it more professional and let people know your story as a business. If you want to sell an item that is generic, thats fine, but think about being a market leader for that product - want to aim high? Then think higher than anyone else! Have targets - research - make the numbers work!

Be careful when sourcing. Take your time to find a manufacturer and not just a supplier. The manu can help you develop your product in most cases, but have an idea about what you want to do.

That's just some really basic ideas - typed very quickly!

Ask away if you need extra info - but but be clear with the question :-)

Thank you so much for your reply, thats what i'm looking for,the opinion of somebody who have success on it. Yes,i agree with your concept, will be fantastic, create a brand, with a great ads,and be leader on it,of course. But right now i think is better for me for try to sell something generic, not for make milions, but for understand better how fba works. If would love to have a conversation with you.

the clients i am working with brand works well compared to generic products. with generic products you end up in price war with little to no leverage.
