need some informations about Google App Resking

Hello, im new on making app for android, im looking to do legal resking, i mean where can i buy source code of app ? and is it possible to make like 2 or 3 apps with the same code juste edit the graphic is it legal ? coz i heard that google close account, i dont wanna lose mine, is there anyway to make resking legal ? thanks guys,

It depends, generally, Google play has less strict rules and faster reviews than app store thus it is flooded with fewer quality apps. So yes, you can try but you should make it as unique as possible.

You risk to get banned if you just edit only the graphics without editing the code, you'll need refactoring too.
