Need some information about android app

Hello guys, i hope you are all okay and safe.
I want to make an android app about cooking receips. Long story short it will look for receips from cooking sites, problem is i am not familiar with java, i can do the graphic work, how much it will cost? Also is there a way to have a reveanue from this kind of app? Thanks.

I want to build an app that will search for cooking recipes and finds you an ingredient, etc when you write 2 cloves garlic, it will find you all the receipts on every cooking site possible that include 2 cloves garlic. Is that easy? Can i do it myself if i ask for help on jana forums?

Your second idea (searching) is a lot more difficult. making an app with predefined recipes is a lot easier but you'd need to find a way to differentiate yourself from the competition
