Need some info about a VPN service

Hi , guys . I don't know if i posted it in the right place but here it goes ...

I started making my first $$ online 2 days ago with survey sites . Since in my country Romania , we don't have survey options , i asked a friend from US to let me use his computer to make a few bucks with swagbucks. ( using teamviwer )
Now i have my first 25$ and i want to make more using survey sites for the beginning and then buying some IG account+bots to automate IG process .
Can i use a vpn to do that ?
I don't fully understand the concept of a vpn . Will it get me a fixed ip from Usa so i can do some surveys ? Where's the best place and reliable one to buy them ? Thanks

You have two options, buy a proxy from somewhere like ActProxy and connect to the internet through that (read some guides online). Or buy a VPS (which is like an online computer) that you can use.

Are the ip's fresh and the same all the time in both cases ? i think swagbucks and other sites like that will check for that . wont do me any good if the ip jumps from newyork to chicago then to miami ....

If you buy a dedicated IP you should be fine - it's very very rare to get a fresh IP in the USA

The cheapest options would be to buy some shared proxies and check if those survey sites work on them.

Are you limited to a certain number of survey per IP?

If you're not limited, then by a few proxies and work on it.

If your limited to a few surveys per IP, then get 10 proxies and refresh them each month.

Tnx for your reply. I'm limited to anumber of survey/account ,i can only do 1 of each/profile .
First i would like to get a stable account , as a main account with the same ip each time for transparecy . ( i can always work on that one acc all the time to see new surveys )
If we take it further ..... i would like to abuse them ... meanin chosing best offers ( swagbucks offer 5$ /refer ) and may be other offer on other sites.
Best case scenario besides the main account with same ip always , have multiple accunts , work like 6 hours on each doying best survey and withdrw you first easy 25$ . That would mean i need a option to recycle ip's .
Thoughts ? is there a proxy supplier that has the refresh option more than once a month ? ( i may get a banned proxy from the begining )
Also , from these sites point-of-view , are ther any security measures that alows then to see if you work through a proxy/vps ?
