Need some ideas

i posted recently that i have a friend paying me $500 per lead (the deal has to be closed)

what would be the best ways to generate these leads or what methods would you try? it's in car sales. would it be a landing page + blog (articles about the best cars to buy in *****. best car dealerships in ******? etcetc) for ranking purposes?

May be parasite seo works for this. Write a detailed review and blast links, pbn etc. If it rank then you will have chance to get some leads.

You should maybe try FB Ads and try to find potential car buyers in your city.

It might cost a lot more I think. It could work if he creates a good funnel.
I have seen case studies where people generate leads for real estate so this could also work.
