Need Some Ideas to Built a guest blogs!

Hi Guys,

As I am new to IM service i need some ideas to built a couple of Health oriented guest blogs..

Few questions:

Which PR is good? can I go with a fresh domain?

Best place to buy a cheap and good DA domains?

Best Hosting?

I am familiar with word press Plugins..Is there any other user friendly Plugins?

How many article should i post per day? and Word count?

If any other points let me know..
