I have some of my own ideas (vaguely..kinda) but I wanted to know what the word on the town was about Ogads, or any type of traffic for content locking and CPA.

Choose a social media platform. Use a basic follow/unfollow strategy to get 100 followers or so. Setup a Wordpress blog. Write a series of articles about "How To Make Money with Your xxxxx Followers", xxxxx being whichever social media platform you've chosen. Use a social locker that requires visitors to share your article series to see the rest of it. That gets you the viral traffic. Place your CPA content locker near the end of the series.
