Need some hoofing work done

I'm looking to hire someone to transfer roughly 3000 items
from one of my wholesalers carts to one of my carts.
It basically entails copy and pasting the product descriptions,
transferring the images and entering the updated prices into
the correct categories which have already been created.
Experience with shopping carts would be an advantage.
