Need Some Help

Hey guys, like the topic says i need some help. I feel like I'm stuck and can't get back to first page of google. Right now my site is at #80 on big G. I've tried blasting my tier 1's with wikis and social blogs and then blasting those links with blog comments. I've even gone as far as blasting my money site with 20 different keywords. I just can't rise to the top. I've gone from 1k uvs to 400 uvs and my earnings have dropped. I've locked all my content with social lockers to get facebook shares, likes, and google + signals. I'm about to spam my fan page in hopes that I can get some more traffic to my website. At this point I don't know what the hell to do. My bounce rate is at around 50% average with 45% big G. At this point I'm thinking high authority backlinks to my money site but I don't know where to go. So whats your suggestion?
