Need Some Help

I have my premier PayPal account, and i want to buy a VCC. the problem is in order to send money, I need a dang VCC to lift the limit to send any money. Any help or ideas. The reason why i need to buy something, is because i want to buy a seperate buisness number and line from Skype.

You may have to find someone around here who provides VCCs, who'll trust you to pay them later after you remove the limit off the account.

Or just find a buddy to buy one for you.

Ask your friend if he/she can get you the VCC, or use your credit card to uplift the limit and once the limit is uplifted remove that card from your PayPal account and then you are done.
